- - -Strength: Wesley has spent so much time around computers and paranormal research in the BPRD that he has acquired the ability to pick up internet waves without the means of a computer. He is, quite literally, a walking google, with an aptitude of geekitude. He can also use his ability to open garage doors, and other electrical units.[More in History]
- - -Drawbacks: It does nothing for his popularity among women. Or his paranoia. In fact he believes that the aliens abducted him and put the metal chip in his head to receive such a medium with technology. He is the first documented case of this phenomena, and he believes he's insane. He also has a hard time telling fact from fiction at times. Sometimes the security alarms go off. He also cannot get through airport security without a cavity search due to failed metal detectors. Medical equipment is not his friend, as x-rays and other machines malfunction in his presence.

Wesley is depicted as an average male, standing at 5'8". His figure isn't wide, nor is it small, it is however rather nimble and wiry. He dresses in usual 'geek garb' when he is off of the clock, and when Manning isn't around he'll wear geek garb on the clock as well. This includes his array of assorted online game t-shirts, star trek hoodies, etc etc. He wears age-worn jeans whenever he can get away with it for comfort, and never parts with his belt, which is decorated with a cellphone and a pager.
His eyes are a light, icy blue, and around the iris there is a dark half moon sliver, on the side closest to his ears. His eyes are nothing out of the ordinary, they do not change color, but they are no longer supporting 20/20 vision. The result: Glasses. Wesley wears wide rim black glasses to aid his sight, but will occasionally trade them out for contacts, especially since in his history at the B.P.R.D. he has lost more pairs of glasses on last-minute missions than he could even account for.
When on the job however, be it at the elementary school as a side-career, or at the B.P.R.D., Wesley is a professional... At least when his bosses are around. When under supervision, he wears his business suits and ties. He sometimes wears suspenders, but very very rarely, they are a last resort and are always uncomfortable. His suit selection is usually either brown or grey, he wears black for public appearances, as he treats them very similarly to that of a funeral. He always wears regular street shoes with suits, unless its a special occasion.
His hair is a dark brown, and is kept short and groomed. While it gets a bit unruly, he has a devil may care attitude about it. He does not carry a comb on his person because he does not particularly care about how his hair looks at every given moment of the day. When he is attempting to impress a lady friend, his hair is often styled, spiked, or brushed extra well out of nervous behavior patterns. His hair, on the other hand, has behavior patterns of its own, ie - a cowlick that appears periodically through the day. Wesley will flatten it with water and solve the problem for a short term before it reappears.
For accessories, he wears a watch, that also tells the phases of the moon. It had been passed onto him from his father at an early age and he refuses to part with it. He also wears glasses, as previously stated. Furthermore, as a music lover he carries an ipod on him at all times, or an alternate mp3 player depending on his organization and whether or not he can find the ''good'' music player.
