This matter has taken some time to clear up, but I think it's best if member graphics are uniform and handled by the staff, as the staff is here to make updates, and you can rely on them to do so swiftly. So from now on I'm charging Laura (And Desmond, if he desires) to be in charge of member graphics. Laura has informed me that the avatars have been arranged (mostly by Desmond, she says) and that she's not sure what is on the plate for signatures yet, so please be patient. You can change your images or keep an eye on her status here:
