when the war ended in 1998, the wizarding world had a lot of things to patch up.
though some were healed, some seemed to be impossible. but the world moved
on and it seemed like peace was restored. but with a new ministry in power, new
laws have been passed. things are still relatively quiet, but tensions are high,
just the smallest thing could disrupt the wizarding world and reveal...
the monster underneath.
