Lachlan is to say the least an attractive male. His stature is somewhat muscular and thin, standing only at five foot eleven inches. His skin is a peach color and gets tan in the summer, since he is generally outside more then. His hair is shaggy and sandy blonde with brown lowlights, just barely above his eyes. His eyes are a deep shade of sea blue and change in tone depending on his mood, though he can in some cases hide his emotions, his eyes deceive him. His nose is long and his jaw is strong. His hands are large and a little weathered, but it depends on what he had been doing that day. His attire generally costs of a button up shirt, nice pants and shiny shoes with or without a blazer when he is at work. When he is not at work he generally has a nice looking t-shirt and jeans with a pair of Converse Chucks.
»»PERSONALITY: [/b]
Lachlan has a few good strengths though he does have his weaknesses. One of his strengths is horse back-riding, he has done this since he was a teenager and has actually gotten very good at it. It also helps that this is one of his favorite hobbies. Another strength is hiding his emotions, he doesn't like showing is emotions around strangers and believes that it shows weakness. There for he tries his best to hide them, but if he is off his guard or around loved ones, he shows them. The only person he doesn't show sadness around is his father. He is great at remembering important dates or times, this comes from when he had to attend business parties with his father. Lachlan is also very good with small talk and meeting others, he doesn't act awkward and he doesn't get embarrassed or nervous. He actually likes to talk and have attention on him. One of Lachlan's biggest weaknesses is his pride. He is proud of where he came from, his family and his family's status. He doesn't like mockery or dis-respect shown on any of these things and there for he defends it. His second weakness would have to be his confidence, which ties into his pride, he acts arrogant at times and gets into situations where he has to fight his way out yet again. His temper and jealousy is another weakness, considering if you disrespect him or challenge him, he gets angry easily and does things without thinking. Lastly his mother, a picture of his mother or her grave site will definitely have an effect on him and not a day goes by that he doesn't miss her.
Lachlan doesn't have a lot of goals, and ones that he does have seems pretty generic. He does love history and would one day actually like to own a little piece of it, whether it be an original painting or a pen that belonged to King Louis XIV, he would love to have something in his possession. Another goal is to find a woman that can handle him and have a family. He's had relationships but none of them really stuck, either the woman was after his money, or something else. He really wants to have a family, thinking maybe that could make up for the lose of his mother. Lastly, he would actually want to talk to his father about his mother and find out the real reason why he cheated on her. His father only told him a few things about her, because of the pain, and told him that he was having a mid-life crisis. But Lachlan feels like there is something more to the story. Fears, Lachlan of course has them. His number one fear is to have something happen to his father, he already lost one parent, he doesn't want to loose another so soon. He's also afraid that he won't get to have that family that he wants, he wants to heal the wound of his mother's loss in his heart and he's afraid that if he doesn't get that family, he will have that wound forever. At least if he had his own family it would help heal it. Lachlan also fears that his dad's business might go under. His father worked so hard to get where he is today and he doesn't want him to hand it over to just anyone. He just might have to say yes if his father asks him one more time.
Lachlan has a kind heart. He's always a gentleman towards woman and is kind to those in need. However, Lachlan is prideful and will do anything to defend that pride, and in some cases can be rather arrogant about his abilities. He's proud of his wealth, where he came from and his job. Lachlan doesn't like disrespect when it comes to any of these things and he will defend his honor. He's a confident man, too confident at times, and this does mix with his pride. Though he is kind, he does what he feels is right, and is opinionated. Lachlan is a respectful man, he respects others, especially the words of his father and family. He respects his father because of how he made his life turn out and how strong he was after his wife died, still being able to take care of his son. Therefore he doesn't disobey him, only in the most dire of circumstances or if it is something he really wants to do, like his job.
He also has a bit of a temper at times and can get jealous and protective, though he tries to hide it, and in most cases is good at it. He generally gets jealous when it involves women ore relationhips. For instance if another man is hitting on a girl that he likes or even dating them, or he sees a couple. Sometimes he also gets jealous of his half sister if she is spending too much time with his father, he was so used to it just being the two of them for so long. He doesn't like showing his emotions to strangers, he finds its a weakness when people can read him and it makes him a little uncomfortable when others know he is sad or upset. But he will show his emotions to the person he is dating or his friends because he feels he needs to be open with them.

Diedre Lynn McCallister : Half Sister

His father, even though he disapproves of some of his decisions and rebels against him every now and then, he still respects him, everything from how he took control of his life to how strong he was when Lachlan's mother died.
»»HISTORY: [/b]
Lachlan was born to a well off couple in London, England on a dark December night. His father was a business tycoon and his mother stayed at home. She used to be an Interior Designer, but when she married Lachlan's father and they started their family, she soon quit her career. The first two years of Lachlan's life was great until a car accident took place. This car accident took his mother's life, all because of slick roads and her brakes needing to get fixed. This effected his father greatly, he was thankful that Lachlan wasn't in the car but at the same time he was feeling guilty. See around the time that his wife got into a car wreck, he was fooling around with his secretary. He said he was going through a midlife crisis, but Lachlan doesn't believe him. Marcus soon cut off that relationship after his wife's death ( though he didn't know she was pregnant) and devoted all his attention to his job and his son. This was great for Lachlan because at least he had one parent that could take care of him.
During his teen years, his father lavished him and groomed him for his replacement. He went to an expensive private school, and shadowed his father in most instances, like for parties. He found pleasure in horse back-riding and history. These were pleasures that his father allowed, and maybe if Marcus knew the path that his only son would choose then maybe he wouldn't have allowed it. His love for history soon grew as he grew fascinated with old books, pictures and going to museums to see these things. Lachlan always made sure he had time for his father because he didn't want his father to get angry at him. At the age of Seventeen, much to Marcus's and Lachlan's surprise, they found out about Diedre. Marcus's old secretary contacted him from New York, tell him about his daughter, saying that she was persisting about who her father was. At first Marcus didn't tell his son and they just went on vacation to New York City. The vacation soon turned into a permanent stay after they met Diedre. By this time Lachlan was preparing for college and not really paying attention to what was going on around him, but he did have his suspicions since she always seemed to be around.
Lachlan left for Harvard and his father told him while he was at college. He was of course furious and gave his father the silent treatment. In a fit of anger he said that he wasn't going to take over his father's business and chose to major in History. His father grew equally upset with him, the two not speaking to one another. After college, Lachlan went back to New York and got a job at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It was actually his half sister Diedre that got the two talking again, at one of his father's business parties. He is still upset with his father and what he did to his mother, but their bond is still there though its scarred its still there from all the years when they had just each other. Lachlan is now an Archivist at the Metropolitan Museum of Art while dabbling in photography.

A heavy sigh left RJ's lips as she took a sip of her Spice Chai Tea in the generic cafe cup and walked back into the tattoo shop. She had just gotten back from taking a break, even though she didn't need it. Inked and Metal wasn't very busy today or should she say night, but that was ok. RJ was busy though. She was weird like that. Sitting her cup on the counter, the lass looked down at her fishnets and fixed them a little before picking her drink up again and going in the back. Her warm brown eyes with flicks of green gazed up through thick lashes as she saw her boss walk in "Hey sugar" she spoke with a smile to him as he walked over and took her cup, taking a sip out of it, then bitterly shook his head."Damn does that taste feminine couldn't ya at least have gotta Espresso?" he asked with teasing in his voice."Aww well you know I only think about pleasing you when I get myself drinks sugar" she spoke with a wink before she got up, with her drink and walked back out to the front.
Just then Wink came in, and basically fell into a chair. RJ couldn't help but stare at him as he did this, he definitely looked like he was drinking. But hey some people needed to do that in order to get tattoos, then again this could end up being a drunk tattoo. RJ watched him carefully as she took another sip."He's yours" her boss said to her with a nudge as she handed him her cup "Go put that in the back for me would ya?" she asked gently as her boss took it. He then grabbed her arm and pulled her close to him "If he gives you trouble, holler"he spoke as he walked away and she soon walked towards Wink. "Hi there, how can I help you tonight?" RJ asked him kindly as she stopped in front of him. Her warm brown with green flicks eyes looked for a chair as she grabbed it and pulled it up in front of him, taking a seat so she was facing him.
She crossed her legs as her fishnets dug into her leg a little bit. She always chose to talk to her client in the waiting room before getting down to business in a chair. This way she could really see if they wanted a tattoo or not, clarify that they did, and then when they went to her chair she would show them examples. Her head titled a little as she watched him and waited for him to answer, her red, copper with blonde highlights hair fell off her shoulder a little. Her attire was a black Blink-182 shirt, shorts, fishnets, and sandal type highheels. Her nails were orange, her lips shiny from lip gloss and her eyes being more vivid from the black eyeliner and mascara. Her long fingers moved as she grabbed the sleeves of her unbuttoned plaid over shirt and began pushing them up, tucking the ends in so they would stay up.
